The complimentary consultation is the first stop to determine your candidacy for laser vision correction. You may schedule a LASIK consultation at either our Chattanooga or Ft. Oglethorpe locations. Our LASIK Coordinator will be happy to schedule your appointment by phone at 423-266-4537 or 866-877-4965, via email, or you may register below and indicate your scheduling preference.
Your consultation will take approximately 45 - 60 minutes. We will check your current prescription to determine your degree of nearsightedness, farsightedness, or astigmatism. Also, Dr. Tin will take a brief look at the condition of your corneas to ensure that they are healthy. Our LASIK Coordinator will then discuss our surgery protocol, and give you the pricing options for the procedure. Any questions you may have about Laser Vision Correction, or other alternatives, will be answered at this time.
